Questions about our services
Can I use just one of your services, or do I have to use all of them?
You can start anywhere. Some investors use us end to end — sourcing, refurbishment, management and eventual sale. Others bring us in for a single stage, such as refurbishing a property they already own or taking over its management.
What does in-house design and build actually mean?
It means we do not hand you to a third-party contractor and step back. Our own design and build team carries out the refurbishment, so cost, quality and timeline stay under one roof — and that is where most of the value in a project is created.
Can you manage a property I already own?
Yes. Asset and lettings management is a standalone service, including serviced accommodation. We can tenant and run a property we had no part in sourcing, so ownership becomes hands-off.
How does sourcing actually work?
We start with your goals, budget and risk appetite, then find and appraise opportunities both on and off market. Every deal goes through full due diligence before you commit, so you buy well from day one.
