What we collect

• Enquiry details you give us via the contact form — your name, email address, phone number and message.
• Technical data automatically logged by our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not collect special-category data.

How and why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss our services — our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you.
• To provide and administer our services if you become a client — to perform our contract with you.
• To protect, maintain and improve the website — our legitimate interest in security and reliability.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
• Brevo — to deliver enquiry emails to us.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

Cookies

The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files. If we add privacy-friendly analytics it will not use cookies. Our staff admin area uses a single essential sign-in cookie.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and to meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
